Job Summary:

“Favourite Fab,” a dynamic and growing organization in the NOnwoven sector, is seeking an experienced and results-oriented Business Development Head to lead and drive the expansion of our business. The Business Development Head will play a pivotal role in identifying new business opportunities, forging strategic partnerships, and contributing to the company’s growth and success.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Strategic Planning:
    • Develop and execute a comprehensive business development strategy aligned with “Favourite Fab’s” overall goals and objectives.
    • Identify new market opportunities and growth areas to expand our business presence.
  2. Lead Generation and Sales:
    • Build and manage a high-performing business development team.
    • Implement sales and lead generation strategies to acquire new clients and customers.
    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners.
  3. Market Research and Analysis:
    • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and customer needs.
    • Utilize data-driven insights to make informed decisions and recommendations.
  4. Strategic Partnerships:
    • Identify potential strategic partners, negotiate agreements, and manage ongoing partnerships to drive business growth.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to leverage partner resources and capabilities.
  5. Revenue Growth:
    • Set and achieve revenue targets, monitoring progress and making adjustments as necessary.
    • Analyze sales and financial data to identify opportunities for revenue enhancement.
  6. Business Expansion:
    • Explore new markets and geographies for potential expansion.
    • Develop market entry strategies and execute expansion plans.
  7. Team Development:
    • Recruit, train, and mentor the business development team.
    • Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence within the department.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
