Job Summary:
“Favourite Fab,” a dynamic and growing organization in the NOnwoven sector, is seeking an experienced and results-oriented Business Development Head to lead and drive the expansion of our business. The Business Development Head will play a pivotal role in identifying new business opportunities, forging strategic partnerships, and contributing to the company’s growth and success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Planning:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive business development strategy aligned with “Favourite Fab’s” overall goals and objectives.
- Identify new market opportunities and growth areas to expand our business presence.
- Lead Generation and Sales:
- Build and manage a high-performing business development team.
- Implement sales and lead generation strategies to acquire new clients and customers.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners.
- Market Research and Analysis:
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and customer needs.
- Utilize data-driven insights to make informed decisions and recommendations.
- Strategic Partnerships:
- Identify potential strategic partners, negotiate agreements, and manage ongoing partnerships to drive business growth.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to leverage partner resources and capabilities.
- Revenue Growth:
- Set and achieve revenue targets, monitoring progress and making adjustments as necessary.
- Analyze sales and financial data to identify opportunities for revenue enhancement.
- Business Expansion:
- Explore new markets and geographies for potential expansion.
- Develop market entry strategies and execute expansion plans.
- Team Development:
- Recruit, train, and mentor the business development team.
- Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence within the department.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
