Our nonwoven fabrics are sheets that are mechanically, thermally, or chemically bound together by entangling fibers or filaments (and by perforating films). While polypropylene is hydrophobic, the porous nature of the nonwoven fabric allows urine to leak through to the porous interlayer of diapers.
