Manufacturing Process
Our spunlace production line uses state-of-the-art hydroentanglement technology. Fibers are carded, crosslapped, and then bombarded by high-pressure water jets at multiple stages. This interlocks the fibers mechanically without any adhesive, producing a fabric that is both strong and soft. Post-entanglement, the fabric passes through a drying oven and is wound into rolls to customer specification.
Our 3.2-meter wide production line allows us to serve large-scale customers requiring wide rolls for industrial wipes, agriculture, and medical sheeting applications.
