What you'll lead
Strategic business planning
Define and execute annual BD strategy across domestic and export markets. Identify high-value segments — hygiene manufacturers, medical suppliers, industrial converters
B2B lead generation and pipeline management
Build and manage a qualified pipeline of large-volume buyers. Use trade portals, exhibitions, LinkedIn outreach, and referrals to generate qualified enquiries
Market research and competitor analysis
Research market pricing, demand trends, and competitor positioning. Provide intelligence to pricing and product teams to maintain competitive advantage
Key account management and deal closure
Own relationships with strategic accounts. Negotiate long-term supply contracts, MOQs, and pricing with large domestic and export buyers
Sales team leadership and field coordination
Guide field sales team, set targets, review daily live-location reports, and support closures. Report weekly to management with pipeline metrics and revenue forecast
Job Details
— REQUIREMENTS
Ideal candidate
3–7 years B2B sales or BD experience
Manufacturing / textiles / industrial goods background preferred
Strong communication in Hindi + English
Comfortable with live location reporting
Proven track record of closing large accounts
MBA or equivalent preferred, not required
