Return & Refund Policy

At Favourite Fab, we stand behind the quality of every roll, sheet and component we ship. This policy explains when and how you can return products purchased online from favouritehub.com and how refunds are processed.

Eligibility for Returns

• Returns are accepted for products that are defective, damaged in transit, or materially different from the specifications listed on the product page (GSM, width, colour, material grade).
• You must raise a return request within 7 days of delivery.
• Products must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by the order reference.
• Custom-slit rolls, custom-printed material and made-to-order specifications are non-returnable unless defective.

How to Raise a Return

1. Email sale@favouritehub.com or WhatsApp +91 88007 75462 with your order ID, photos of the product and packaging, and a short description of the issue.
2. Our quality team responds within 2 business days with return authorisation and pickup/ship-back instructions.
3. For approved returns, reverse pickup is arranged by us or courier charges are reimbursed.

Refunds

• Once the returned product passes inspection, your refund is initiated within 3 business days.
• Refunds are credited to the original payment method (card, UPI, net banking) within 7–10 business days of initiation, depending on your bank.
• Where you prefer, we can issue a replacement of equal specification instead of a refund.

Cancellations

• Orders can be cancelled free of charge before dispatch by contacting us with your order ID.
• Orders already dispatched follow the standard return process above.
