Shipping Policy
This policy covers dispatch and delivery of orders placed online at favouritehub.com, including sample orders and small-quantity purchases. Bulk and wholesale consignments are quoted separately by our sales team.
Dispatch Time
- In-stock sample orders and small-quantity orders are dispatched within 2–4 business days of payment confirmation.
- Made-to-order specifications (custom GSM, width, treatment) are dispatched within 5–10 business days; the timeline is confirmed on your order.
Delivery Time & Coverage
- We ship across India via reputed surface and air courier partners (Delhivery, DTDC, Blue Dart and regional carriers).
- Typical delivery after dispatch: 3–7 business days for metro and Tier-1 cities, 5–10 business days for other locations.
- Export/international shipments are arranged on request through our sales team with applicable freight terms (FOB/CIF).
Shipping Charges
- Shipping charges for sample and small-quantity orders are calculated on weight and destination and shown to you before payment.
- Bulk orders ship on freight terms agreed in your quotation.
Order Tracking
- Tracking details (courier name + AWB number) are shared on email/WhatsApp on the day of dispatch.
Damaged or Lost Shipments
- Please note visible damage on the delivery receipt and photograph the consignment before opening.
- Report transit damage or short receipt within 48 hours of delivery to sale@favouritehub.com or WhatsApp +91 88007 75462. We will replace the goods or refund as per our Return & Refund Policy.
