The mechanism by which the fibers are bound together distinguishes nonwoven fabrics. Nonwoven fabrics come in two varieties:

  • Bonding through mechanical means (fiberentanglement)
  • Chemical cohesion (fibers are bonded together with glue-like compound)
  • Thermal fusion (low melt fibers are used, and heat is used to melt thread)

Fabric qualities can be manipulated or reverse engineered using nonwoven components based on functional needs such as fiber selection, web creation, bonding, and finishing procedures.

Spunbond Nonwoven Fabric Raw Material

pp spunbond non woven fabric manufacturing process includes several raw material such as: Polypropylene (PP), polyamide (PA), polyester, and polyethylene(PE).

The following are some of the polymers that have been processed:

  • The melt-blown method is most commonly employed with polypropylene.
  • Polypropylene is simple to work with and produces an excellent web.
  • Melt-blowing polyethylene into delicate fibrous webs is more challenging than melting polypropylene.
  • Because of its melt elasticity, polyethylene is challenging to draw.
  • PBT is easy to work with and generates webs that are very soft and finely fibered.
  • Polycarbonate creates webs with incredibly delicate fibers.
  • Polystyrene generates a material that is exceedingly soft and fluffy, with almost no shot defects.

Spunbond Nonwoven Fabric Process:

We use the latest pp spunbondnon woven fabric manufacturing process, “Recofil II” Double Beam, to create Spunbond Nonwoven Fabric.

Spunbond Nonwoven fabrics are made using a continuous process that transforms a basic thermoplastic material (Polypropylene) into a web of continuous filaments. Thousands of fibers with a diameter of approx. 20 microns are melt-spun from polypropylene granules using jets (2.8-3.0 dtex).

These highly tiny filaments are uniformly laid down in a three-dimensional structure that is random. The web is then fed into a calendar, which uses heat to solidify the web into Spunbond fabrics.

We have a firm dedication to R&D, CSI, and sustainability as a packaging and Lamination Film manufacturer and designer to serve our clients with high-quality products, uniqueness, and superior customer service during and after-sales.
