— LEGAL

Terms & Conditions.

The terms and conditions governing your use of favouritehub.com, your orders for non-woven fabric, and our commitments to you as a B2B buyer.

Last updated: May 2026 favouritehub.com

1. Acceptance of Terms

These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of favouritehub.com ("the Website") and all B2B transactions with Favourite Fab ("we", "us", "our") — a non-woven fabric manufacturer based in Agra, Uttar Pradesh, India.

By browsing the Website, requesting a quotation, sending us samples, or placing an order, you ("Buyer") confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not accept any part of these Terms, please discontinue use of the Website and do not place orders with us.

We may revise these Terms occasionally; the version published on this page at the time of your order applies to that order.

2. Definitions

In these Terms, unless the context requires otherwise:

  • "Buyer" means any business, partnership, company, or individual purchasing or enquiring about Products from Favourite Fab.
  • "Manufacturer" means Favourite Fab, the entity producing and supplying the Products.
  • "Product" means any non-woven fabric (spunbond, SMS, SSMMS, spunlace, laminated), BOPP bags, or related goods supplied by us.
  • "Order" means a written purchase order or confirmed proforma invoice accepted by both parties.
  • "Quotation" means a written price offer issued by us against your enquiry.
  • "MOQ" means Minimum Order Quantity, typically 500 kg per specification.
  • "Specification" means agreed GSM, width, colour, treatment, and end-use of the Product.

3. Product Information & Specifications

All Products are manufactured to industry standards and the specification confirmed in writing at the time of order. Buyers should be aware of the following standard tolerances inherent to non-woven manufacturing:

  • GSM tolerance: ±3 GSM on agreed weight (industry-standard variance during continuous production)
  • Colour variance: up to ~5% between batches owing to natural variation in masterbatch and raw polymer lots
  • Width tolerance: ±1 cm on agreed roll width
  • MOQ: typically 500 kg per specification; smaller quantities considered case-by-case at higher rates

Photographs and renderings on the Website are illustrative; actual fabric colour and texture may vary slightly from on-screen representation. Always request a physical sample before placing your first order on a new specification.

4. Orders & Pricing

Orders are confirmed only when both parties countersign a proforma invoice or written purchase order. Pricing is governed by the following rules:

  • Quotation validity: 7 days from the date of issue, unless extended in writing.
  • Currency: domestic orders in INR; export orders in USD or buyer-agreed currency.
  • Taxes: all prices are exclusive of GST, customs duty, freight, and insurance unless explicitly stated.
  • Market-linked pricing: non-woven fabric rates depend on polypropylene (PP) raw material markets; prices are subject to change without notice until an order is confirmed.
  • Custom orders: printed, treated, or non-standard specifications may carry tooling charges and longer lead times.

We reserve the right to reject any order that conflicts with our production capacity, raw material availability, or commercial policy.

5. Payment Terms

Standard payment terms are agreed at the time of order confirmation. Default terms unless otherwise negotiated:

  • New buyers: 100% advance via bank transfer (TT) or confirmed Letter of Credit (LC) at sight.
  • Domestic GST buyers: 50% advance, balance against dispatch documents; approved credit buyers may avail Net 30.
  • Export buyers: 30% advance + 70% against scanned BL, or 100% LC at sight from a first-class bank.
  • GST & statutory levies: applicable as per Indian law; GSTIN must be shared at order confirmation.
  • Late payment: overdue invoices may attract interest at 1.5% per month and suspension of further dispatches.

All bank charges outside India are to the Buyer's account.

6. Delivery & Shipping

Delivery terms are quoted per Incoterms 2020 and confirmed on each proforma invoice:

  • Ex-Works (EXW): Buyer collects from our Agra factory.
  • FOB: we deliver cleared cargo to the named Indian port (Nhava Sheva / Mundra / Kolkata).
  • CIF / CFR: we arrange ocean freight and insurance to the named destination port.
  • Domestic lead time: 5–7 working days from confirmed order (subject to stock availability).
  • Export lead time: 14–21 working days from advance receipt, plus ocean transit.

Once cargo is handed to the carrier or container line, we are not liable for transit delays, weather disruption, port congestion, customs holds, or losses in transit. Marine insurance is the Buyer's responsibility unless quoted under CIF.

7. Returns & Quality Claims

Quality is verified at three stages before dispatch: inline production, packing inspection, and pre-dispatch sampling. Claims must be raised promptly:

  • Reporting window: all quality complaints must be raised within 7 days of cargo receipt with photographs, batch number, and physical samples of the defect.
  • Sample verification: we require a return sample of the disputed batch for laboratory verification before any claim is admitted.
  • No returns on customised goods: printed, dyed, laminated, slit-to-size, or otherwise customised material cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Approved claims: at our option, we will repair, replace, or issue a credit note up to the value of the defective portion.

Claims raised after the 7-day window, without supporting evidence, or for goods used or processed downstream, will not be entertained.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on favouritehub.com — including text, photographs, product names, technical drawings, brochures, logos, and the "Favourite Fab" brand — is the sole property of Favourite Fab and is protected under Indian copyright and trademark law.

You may not copy, reproduce, republish, scrape, or commercially exploit any content from this Website without our prior written permission. Buyers may use product photos and specifications only for the purpose of buying or reselling our Products, with attribution.

Custom designs, prints, or specifications developed for a specific Buyer remain that Buyer's property, but we retain the right to reuse generic production know-how and processes.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • Our total liability arising from any Order is capped at the invoice value of the affected goods.
  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages — including loss of profit, loss of business, downtime, or third-party claims.
  • We are not liable for failures caused by force majeure events (strikes, lockouts, power failure, raw material shortage, natural disaster, pandemic, war, government action).
  • The Buyer is solely responsible for ensuring the Product is fit for the Buyer's intended end-use; we accept no liability for downstream conversion outcomes.

10. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms and any dispute arising from them, your use of the Website, or any Order with us, are governed by the laws of India. Parties shall first attempt to resolve disputes through good-faith negotiation within 30 days of written notice.

If negotiation fails, all unresolved disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Agra, Uttar Pradesh, India. Export buyers irrevocably submit to this jurisdiction unless a separate arbitration clause has been signed.
