Non Woven Fabric Manufacturer for USA — Export Grade from India
Favourite Fab is an ISO-certified non woven fabric manufacturer USA buyers source directly from Agra, India.
We export PP spunbond, SMS/SMMS medical grade, hydrophilic topsheet, breathable PE film and spunlace fabric
to hygiene companies, bag manufacturers and medical disposable converters across 30+ countries including the United States.
Why US Companies Choose a Non Woven Fabric Manufacturer USA–bound from India instead of domestic suppliers
Non woven fabric manufacturer USA buyers increasingly look to India as a sourcing destination.
The reasons are structural, not opportunistic — cost, quality, range and supply security all
favour a direct India-to-USA supply chain for roll-form non woven materials.
30–40% cost advantage vs US domestic supply
India’s lower labour costs, competitive PP polymer pricing and efficient plant utilisation
translate into landed costs that are typically 30–40% below equivalent US-manufactured
non woven fabric. For hygiene and bag manufacturers running high-volume production,
this margin difference is decisive.
Same international quality certifications
Favourite Fab holds ISO 9001:2015 and OEKO-TEX Standard 100 certifications — the same
benchmarks used by leading US and European non woven fabric manufacturers. REACH compliance
and FDA-compatible material formulations mean our rolls clear US customs and pass your
customers’ compliance audits without rework.
Full product range from a single supplier
PP spunbond, SMS/SMMS, hydrophilic topsheet, breathable PE film and spunlace — five
fabric categories from one factory. US buyers consolidate supplier relationships, simplify
logistics and negotiate better pricing when they source multiple fabric types through a
single export partner rather than managing three or four separate vendors.
Dedicated export team, USD invoicing
Our export team handles US-specific documentation — commercial invoice, packing list,
certificate of origin, COA and test reports — in USD. No currency risk, no documentation
gap. Communication in English, business hours covering both IST and US time zones.

Status
Relevance to US Buyers
ISO 9001:2015
Certified
Quality management system. Accepted by US procurement teams as evidence of a controlled production process.
OEKO-TEX Standard 100
Certified
Tests for 100+ harmful substances. Required by major US retailers and hygiene brand owners for skin-contact fabrics.

Are you FDA registered as a non woven fabric manufacturer?
Favourite Fab is not a registered FDA device manufacturer. We are a raw material supplier
exporting non woven fabric rolls. Our materials are manufactured using FDA-compatible polymer
formulations (e.g. polypropylene compliant with 21 CFR), but the FDA registration requirement
applies to finished medical device manufacturers, not to raw material suppliers like us.
If you are producing FDA-regulated finished goods using our fabric, your own 510(k) clearance
or FDA registration process covers the finished device — not the raw material. We provide
full material disclosure documentation to support your regulatory submissions.
What certifications do you provide for US import?
We supply a complete documentation pack with every export consignment: Certificate of Analysis
(COA) with batch test results for GSM, tensile strength and elongation; ISO 9001:2015
quality certificate; OEKO-TEX Standard 100 certificate (for skin-contact fabric grades);
REACH compliance declaration; Safety Data Sheet (SDS); and HS code declaration on the
commercial invoice. Additional documents — including third-party test reports from
NABL-accredited labs — are available on request for vendor qualification purposes.
What is the minimum order quantity for USA export?
The standard minimum order quantity for bulk export consignments is 1 tonne (1,000 kg) per
fabric grade. For sample orders prior to bulk purchase, we supply sample rolls (typically
5–25 kg per roll) at cost price, shipped by DHL Express. Samples arrive in the USA in
3–5 business days. There is no minimum on sample orders — you pay only for the
fabric and DHL freight. MOQ may vary by product type; contact our export team for specifics
on SMS/SMMS or spunlace grades.
How long does sea freight to the USA take?
Sea freight from Nhava Sheva (Mumbai) to US East Coast ports (New York, Savannah) typically
takes 28–35 days in transit. US West Coast ports (Los Angeles, Long Beach) are typically
22–28 days. Add 21–28 days production lead time before shipment. Total time from
order placement to US port arrival is generally 50–65 days. For urgent requirements,
air freight via DHL is available and delivers in 3–5 days.
Can I get samples before placing a bulk order?
Yes — and we strongly recommend it. Sample rolls are cut from current production stock
and dispatched within 48 hours of order via DHL Express. You receive the same material
that will be produced for your bulk order, along with a COA and test report for that
production batch. Samples allow you to validate GSM, hand feel, tensile performance and
machine compatibility on your own converting equipment before committing to a full
container. Sample cost is fabric at cost price plus DHL freight charges.
