SMS (Spunbond-Meltblown-Spunbond) non woven fabric provides a fluid barrier of ≥100 mmH₂O, making it suitable for critical medical and hygiene applications. Common uses include surgical gowns and sterile drapes, face mask outer and inner layers, sanitary pad backsheets, disposable bed covers, shoe covers, and bouffant caps. The tri-layer structure combines the softness of spunbond with the filtration and barrier properties of the meltblown core.

Standard SMS fabric ships within 10–14 working days from order confirmation. Custom GSM, colour, or treatment orders require 14–21 days. Export orders are dispatched within 3–5 days of fabric readiness. We provide batch test reports and quality documentation with every shipment.

The minimum order quantity is 1 tonne for standard SMS fabric. Custom specifications — including custom GSM range (10–200), roll width, or hydrohead requirement — are available from 3 tonnes. Sample rolls are available for qualification testing before bulk ordering.

Yes. We supply outer and inner layer PP spunbond fabric (20–30 GSM) and meltblown filter fabric suitable for surgical and N95-equivalent mask production. Material is available in standard bulk roll format compatible with automated 3-ply mask production lines. Custom GSM and roll width available on request.
