Common new-buyer questions
What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
Standard MOQ is 500 kg per specification. Smaller pilot quantities are considered case-by-case at slightly higher rates — useful when you're qualifying a new spec or running a market trial.
How long is the lead time?
5–7 working days for domestic Indian orders, and 14–21 working days for export orders (plus ocean transit). Custom prints, laminations, and treatments may add 5–10 days depending on complexity.
Are samples free?
Yes. We send a free sample kit of our standard GSM range to any verifiable B2B buyer worldwide. You only cover international courier if you'd like express shipping.
What are your payment terms?
New buyers: 100% advance via TT or LC at sight. Established Indian buyers can avail Net 30 after the first three orders. Export buyers: 30% advance + 70% against scanned BL is the most common structure.
Can you customise GSM, colour, or treatment?
Yes — that's most of what we do. We routinely run custom GSM blends, masterbatch colour matching, hydrophilic and antibacterial treatments, perforation, slitting, and PE lamination. Share your spec and we'll quote.
