What you'll do
Call existing clients daily
Contact regular buyers to inform about new stock, pricing updates, and product availability. Maintain warm relationships over phone
Generate new leads by phone
Call prospective buyers from provided lead lists. Introduce Favourite Fab products and convert interested prospects into first-time buyers
Take and confirm orders
Record order details accurately — GSM, quantity, delivery address, payment terms. Confirm with the client before forwarding to dispatch
Follow up on pending orders
Track dispatched orders and follow up with clients for payment, delivery confirmations, and repeat order potential
Maintain call records and daily report
Log all calls, outcomes, and pending follow-ups in the team's daily report. Submit end-of-day summary to the sales head

Who we're looking for
10th or 12th pass (minimum)
Fluent Hindi — clear phone communication
Android smartphone with WhatsApp
Polite, confident telephone manner
Basic ability to write orders accurately
Prior tele-calling experience is a plus
