The role
What you'll do
Call existing buyers daily
Tell regular buyers about new stock, updates and product availability, and keep relationships warm over the phone.
Generate new leads
Call prospects from lead lists, introduce Favourite Fab products and convert interested buyers into first orders.
Take and confirm orders
Record GSM, quantity, delivery address and payment terms accurately, and confirm with the buyer before passing to dispatch.
Follow up
Track dispatched orders and follow up for payment, delivery confirmation and repeat orders.
Keep call records
Log every call, outcome and pending follow-up, and send an end-of-day summary to the sales head.
Requirements
Who we're looking for
- 10th or 12th pass (minimum)
- Fluent Hindi with clear phone communication
- Android smartphone with WhatsApp
- Polite, confident telephone manner
- Able to write orders accurately
- Prior tele-calling experience is a plus
