Consistent GSM
Automated bag machines are calibrated to a specific GSM. GSM variance beyond ±3% causes stoppages, incorrect bag dimensions, and wasted fabric. Every roll is checked at our in-house QC lab before dispatch.

Standard 63 inches (160 cm) for Indian bag machines. Custom slit widths at ±2 mm tolerance for precise fit on your machine's feed system. Consistent edge alignment across the full roll.
Uneven tension causes tracking errors and bag defects. Our rolls are wound to uniform density with consistent tension throughout — from first metre to last metre.
Colour variation between rolls causes visible mismatches in finished bags. We match colour within Delta-E ≤1.5 across batches — critical for retail bags with strict brand colour standards.
Why Machine Operators Choose Us
GSM accuracy ±3%, roll tension uniformity, and ±2 mm slit width tolerance — the three parameters that keep automated bag machines running without feed jams or calibration stoppages.
The highest vendor quality score in the non-woven segment. Consistent quality that leading manufacturers trust for uninterrupted production.
3-inch or 6-inch cores. Roll weight 30–200 kg. Custom perforations and split rolls available for high-volume automated lines. Our technical team helps match roll specs to your machine make and model.

The standard width for Indian bag-making machines is 63 inches (160 cm). This fits most D-cut, U-cut, W-cut, and loop handle bag machines manufactured in India and China. We also supply custom slit widths from 10 cm to 320 cm at ±2 mm tolerance on 1,000 kg MOQ to match specific machine feed dimensions.
Automated bag-making machines are calibrated to feed, cut, and seal a specific GSM. If GSM varies beyond ±3%, the machine's tension settings and cutting pressure become misaligned — causing feed jams, incorrect bag dimensions, weak seals, and wasted fabric. Our in-house QC lab checks every roll before dispatch to ensure ±3% GSM accuracy.
Standard core sizes are 3 inches (76 mm) and 6 inches (152 mm). Most Indian bag machines use 3-inch cores. 6-inch cores are common for large-format European and Chinese machines. Specify your core requirement when ordering and we'll wind accordingly. Roll weight can be customised from 30 kg to 200 kg per roll.
