Topsheet and ADL work as a pair: the topsheet takes fluid in, and the ADL spreads it over the core. Match GSM to the layer, then pick permanent or spray-on treatment to suit your line speed. Every grade sits in our hydrophilic fabric range.

Sanitary pad makers

Dry-touch topsheet at 15–18 GSM over a 25 GSM ADL layer. Share your pad format, colour and slit width. Component range: sanitary pad fabric.

Baby diaper makers

18–22 GSM topsheet plus ADL for fluid distribution over the core. Strike-through stays under 3 seconds (EDANA WSP 70.7). Specify slit width to your diaper machine. Range: diaper fabric.

Hydrophilic topsheet questions

What GSM should a sanitary pad topsheet use?
We supply 15–18 GSM hydrophilic spunbond for sanitary pad topsheet. For baby diaper topsheet we supply 18–22 GSM, for adult incontinence 20–25 GSM, and for the ADL layer 25 GSM. Colours: white, pink, blue or peach, matched to your design.
What is the difference between permanent and spray-on hydrophilic treatment?
Permanent grades add a hydrophilic master batch inline, which keeps wettability durable. Spray-on grades carry a surface finish. We supply both, matched to your converter speed and budget.
What strike-through and re-wet does the fabric achieve?
Strike-through is under 3 seconds (EDANA WSP 70.7) and re-wet is under 0.3 g (EDANA WSP 80.10). We test strike-through, re-wet and runoff in-house before every container ships.
Can you supply perforated or embossed topsheet?
Plain is standard. Perforated and embossed finishes are available on request; send your pattern reference with the sample request.
