Cleanroom wipes nonwoven fabric is a precision-grade spunlace substrate manufactured for use in ISO-classified cleanroom environments. Standard wipe fabrics generate lint and particles that contaminate sensitive manufacturing processes. Cleanroom-grade nonwoven is produced with controlled fibre selection, tight hydroentanglement, and no binders — reducing particle generation below cleanroom specification thresholds.

The two primary fibre options are 100% polyester (PET) and PET-cellulose blends. 100% PET generates the lowest lint and is chemical-resistant — preferred for electronics and semiconductor cleanrooms. PET-cellulose blends offer higher absorbency for pharmaceutical and medical device applications where liquid handling is also required.
