Is your gauze swab nonwoven low-linting?
Yes. Spunlace nonwoven produces significantly less lint than woven gauze. We can provide lint test data for your specification on request.
Can your nonwoven be used for X-ray detectable surgical swabs?
The standard nonwoven substrate does not contain X-ray detectable thread. X-ray detectability is added by the manufacturer by incorporating a radio-opaque thread during manufacturing.
Is the nonwoven compatible with sterilisation in pouches?
Yes. Our spunlace is compatible with standard medical pouch sterilisation processes including EO and steam.
What is your minimum order for gauze swab nonwoven?
