Do you supply silicone-coated non-adherent nonwoven?
We supply the base spunlace substrate for silicone coating. Silicone coating is applied by the manufacturer during their dressing production process.

Can you supply perforated PE film for non-adherent wound contact layers?
Yes. We supply perforated LDPE film in 30 to 45 GSM for wound contact layer applications. Perforation size and pattern can be customised.

Is your non-adherent pad nonwoven suitable for sterile wound dressings?
Yes. The base spunlace is compatible with gamma, EO, and steam sterilisation. Final sterilisation is carried out by the dressing manufacturer.

What is the minimum order?
MOQ is 500 kg per specification. For initial qualification, we can supply 20 to 50 kg samples via courier. Sample cost is credited against the first production order.
